An adult is a human being or any other animal that has reached full growth.The biological meaning of the term is animals that have reached sexual maturity, which makes it capable of reproduction. Physical maturation has been completed at the point we are in our early adulthood years (20-40s) but your weight and height could increase slightly. As we enter our early adulthood our physical capabilities are at their peak, including muscle strength, reaction time sensors, as well as heart function.
